Information We Collect About You
When you create and use your Grammedit account to provide reviews, you provide us with certain personal data. The legal basis for us collecting, processing and storing this data is your consent. We dont ask for more data than we need in order to provide our services to you. The minimum personal data required for us to deliver our services are as follows:
- Your social media (i.e. Instagram or Facebook) account name
- Your social media (i.e. Instagram or Facebook) profile photo
- Your first and last names (for which we can uniquely and properly address you)
- A username of your choice
- A password (never revealed to anyone)
- Your email address (never revealed to other users or anonymous internet visitors)
- The country you are based in (as determined by your IP address)
Information We Collect On Social Media Business
When a business is added to Grammedit for review. We display to users and visitors the social media account name of the business, the profile photo of the business on social media, and a link to the social media account of the business. We do not collect or provide any other information pertaining to the business.
What We Do With Your Personal Information
We strongly believe in both minimising the data we collect and limiting its use and purpose to only that for which we have been given permission, to only that necessary to deliver the Services you interact with and permitted for legal compliance or other lawful purposes.For users, we store your username, first name, last name, and social media account name.
How We Protect Your Information
All information you provide us is stored on our secure servers and is used in no third-party services. We implement appropriate, generally accepted technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage, including encryption where appropriate. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. While we follow industry security standards to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee 100% security of your data transmitted to our servers; any transmission is at your own risk. How Long We Keep Your Information
